Francisco Soldevilla, MD is a Board-Certified neurosurgeon who treats all aspects of neurosurgical care, with special interest in surgical diseases of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, brain tumors, minimally invasive spine surgery, and facial pain, as well as peripheral nerve issues.
Dr. Soldevilla completed medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, then spent two years as a surgical resident at Oregon Health Sciences University, where he also completed his neurosurgical training.
Another important aspect of Dr. Soldevilla’s practice is providing trauma care for brain and spine injuries at Legacy Emanual Medical Center. He is also specially trained to use the Gamma Knife® Unit at Portland Providence Medical Center for radiosurgical treatment of brain diseases.
Dr. Soldevilla belongs to several prestigious professional organizations, including the Oregon Medical Association, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, The Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the Oregon Neurosurgical Society, and the Facial Pain Association.
Dr. Soldevilla’s other interests include soccer, skiing, cycling, fishing, cooking, travel, and doing these activities with his wife, Dr. Jaymee Delaney, and his two children.
